General Rules and
Provisions |
|
- The services included in these rates are activity reporting, and EDI
fees.
|
- There will be a minimum monthly charge of $100.00 for activity fees.
|
- Customers may select a weekly or monthly billing cycle for activity.
|
- All storage and handling fees will be invoiced on an as occurs basis.
|
- Bookings must be provided in writing.
|
- Late Gate Fees - $150.00 per hour with a four hour minimum requirement
|
| $150.00 includes bracing but without binding |
| $400.00 includes bracing and 3 sets of chains and binders |
| Note: Out bound motor carrier is responsible
for D.O.T. safety compliance and roadworthiness of chassis stack |

- Refrigerated Containers - There will be a $250.00 Flat Fee for fueling
container per occurrence. This fee includes fuel cost and hostling.
